At Modernoura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for items returned within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.

 Return Process

Contact our support team at modern@modernoura.com to initiate a return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

 Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Perishable or custom-made products (if applicable)

Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 10 days window

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
